We know your student is most successful when we are able to bridge the gap between school and home life. Our After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) is an engaging and interactive setting for your child to grow with their peers in a safe and fun environment.

Activities

We guarantee all of our students will have designated homework time on Mondays through Thursdays, with Fridays utilized on an as needed basis. We offer tutoring assistance and mentors for those needing a little extra help, and computers are available for all students to complete their assignments.

Students are provided a nutritious afternoon snack every day. Additionally, we offer several age-appropriate activities for your student to participate in:

  • Tutors available for homework help
  • Weekly literacy instruction with fun activities
  • Art class
  • Clubs that focus on sports, games, crafts, reading
  • Field trips (on camp days)
  • Community service projects

Hours

Our program runs from 2:00pm to 6:00pm on school days, with full-day camps available for teacher workdays and limited holidays that run from 7:30am to 6:00pm.

Transportation

We offer transportation in air-conditioned, multi-passenger vans (complete with booster seats) from several local schools to our campus. For the 2023-2024 school year, we are providing transportation from the following schools:

  • Bain Elementary
  • Elizabeth Lane Elementary
  • Indian Trail Elementary
  • Stallings Elementary
  • Hemby Bridge Elementary
  • Telra Institute
  • Matthews Charter Academy

CMS also provides transportation to our campus from:

  • Greenway Park Elementary
  • Matthews Elementary
  • CMS Magnet Schools in the GREEN transportation zone

Our summer camp is available to all students who have completed kindergarten through 5th grade. With 10 individual-week sessions available throughout the summer, you can choose the dates best-suited to your families needs.

Our goal is to keep the "child" in "childhood" as long as possible. So when your student attends our summer camp, they can expect to develop a positive self-image, make new friends, and have loads of fun by participating in various camp activities!
