Preschool

Your preschooler is exploring their world through inquiry, imagination, and experience. Our goal is to guide them through the best ways to express their feelings, build friendships, learn to cooperate and share, create new things, play and have fun, and respect the people and places around them.

Our classrooms are set up to facilitate this process. With various learning centers, children are able to move freely between stations like dramatic play, science and sensory, literacy and writing, art, math, and more. These areas are developed and changed strategically, helping to challenge your growing learner and encouraging them to navigate new opportunities. Additionally, teachers work with students in small group and one-on-one settings to focus on developing certain skills.

All of our preschoolers attend weekly Chapel, Music, and Library classes. They are taught the foundational principles of each of these areas, allowing them to develop a more well-rounded cognitive performance. Chapel classes focus on Christian principles like love, forgiveness, and thankfulness through the introduction of various Bible stories. Music classes focus on the basics of scales, rhythm, and an introduction to musicial instruments. Library classes introduce storytelling through many forms of literature and develop an appreciation for the written word.
